Net Impact Orlando - a Professional Net Impact Chapter 
Net Impact Orlando is a new professional chapter of Net Impact supporting the Greater Orlando community.  Net Impact looks to inspire and enable business communities and students and to use business to drive social and environmental change...particularly in their day jobs within the organizations that they work or study.  Net Impact is an International organization with over 200 chapters and 10,000 volunteer, student and business members.  It is supported by leading companies and business schools worldwide.
Net Impact Orlando is building its membership and its local capabilities to provide learning resources and opportunities for the Greater Orlando economic community focusing on sustainability growth and development.  Due to businesses’ ability to innovate, change, inspire, and get things done, we believe business has the power to drive fast action and movement to sustainable living and working.  We are a local group of business people driven to accelerate sustainability awareness, action, and a sense of urgency in Greater Orlando.  Our big dream for America is ‘to lead the world in sustainable living and business’.

  • We are a local group of people that believe in responsible capitalism and the urgent need to move sustainable living and business.
  • We believe that one person can make a difference.
  • We actively promote diversity in our membership and community involvement, including all races, ethnic backgrounds, economic status, religious affiliation, political affiliation, sexual orientation, employed, unemployed, retired, government, for profit, not for profit and charity organizations, etc. No discrimination is tolerated. Mutual respect is expected.
  • We welcome different perspectives because they make our team better and help us challenge our own mental models. We invite positive conflict, but don’t tolerate obstructionism.
  • We have a long term and ‘systems thinking’ view of the world, including considering the total cost of our actions from creation to retirement of a product or service.
